Our third entry in our Orogenesis series, Topaz is a Berliner Weiss-style ale with fresh blueberries. This one-of-a-kind beer pours hazy with the color of light purple thanks to the generous fruit addition. It tastes bright and tart with fresh blueberry accents from start to finish.
