Great Basin Brewing Company Toasts the Holidays with Red Nose Holiday Ale
RENO, Nev. (December 8, 2011) – Great Basin Brewing Company, Nevada’s oldest operating and most award-winning brewery with locations in Reno and Sparks, has released its 2011 Red Nose Holiday Ale and a variety of seasonal specials just in time for the holidays. The Red Nose Holiday Ale is available at both brewery-restaurant locations on tap and in 500 limited edition bottles, signed and numbered by the brewmaster himself, for $10. The ale boasts a deliciously distinct holiday flavor, delivering hints of ginger and cinnamon, with an orange finish. The ale also served as a key ingredient in another holiday staple; Great Basin’s Almond Beer Brittle, which is handcrafted at the brewery with the Red Nose Holiday Ale and malted barley, and is also available for purchase at $5 per 6oz bag.
Making great gifts for the beer lover in your life, Great Basin Brewing Company currently offers plenty of stocking stuffers: beer by the bottle, gift cards, the brewmaster’s artisan Icky Beer Bread, sweatshirts, T-shirts, a new Icky tap handle, hats, pint glasses, coffee cups, growler gift pack sets that include pint glasses, stickers, and onesies for the little ones. Brewery merchandise will also include a unique hop-infused soap coming soon. (Note: large Icky Beer Bread orders are available for pick up by calling the Reno location a few days ahead of time.)
Great Basin Brewing Company honors the spirit of giving—throughout the holidays, customers purchasing gift cards receive a $5 comp for themselves for every $25 purchased. Comps redeemable after December 31, 2011.
It’s not too late to book your holiday party with friends, family or colleagues at Great Basin Brewing Company, which still has weekday availability and is happy to host private parties for the holidays.
