20th Anniversary Ale

After 385 days in whiskey-drenched, charred oak barrels, we released it from its chamber on Leap Day 2016. Semisweet chocolate, vanilla, and dark stone fruits arrive upon subsequent sips, and as you delve into the unending subtly of licorice, honey, and allspice, you’re left with smooth caramel that saunters on the palate. Our Ichthyosaur IPA slept in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for a couple of months and the result is a sweet caramel treat with big features of vanilla, coconut, and whiskey. Great Basin Preservation Pale Ale

Saving Nevada’s spaces one beer at a time! Brewed for the Nevada Land Conservancy in conjunction with the Banff Film Festival using locally sourced malt and hops. The bulk of the barley for the malt came from Fallon and was malted in Reno by our local maltster, Lance Jorgensen of Rebel Malting. The hops were sourced from Banner Springs Ranch, located at 7500 feet on the Eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada. This beer was made as a tribute to sustainability in the Great Basin. (A.B.V., 5.9%)

Great Basinator Dopplebock

The seventh in our single hop double IPA series, this beer uses Jarrylo (pronounced Yar-i-low) hops. Jarrylo, an American hop which originated in the Yakima Valley of Washington state by Roy Farms, is named after the Slavic god of fertility and springtime. This is a medium bodied, slightly hazy, copper brew with a subtle but intriguing floral aroma and flavor with hints of pineapple, lemon peel, and pear. (A.B.V., 8.1%)
